Aerial Documentation for Dayton Appraisers
Current, dated aerial imagery for your appraisal file — full-parcel overviews, acreage, outbuildings and roof condition on the rural and hard-to-access properties satellite maps can't show.
Current imagery for the file — not three-year-old satellite.
Satellite and aerial map imagery is often one to five years out of date — and stalest exactly where you need it most, over rural and large-acreage properties. We put a drone over the property today and hand you current, dated imagery for the file: the full parcel in context, the land and boundaries, the outbuildings, and roof and structure condition you'd otherwise have to guess at.
It's the fastest way to document large tracts, multi-structure rural properties, and homes where the roofline or rear of the lot simply isn't visible from the ground.
Documentation That Supports the Report
Full-Parcel & Acreage Overviews
A birds-eye view of the whole property in context — land, boundaries, road frontage and setting — ideal for large tracts and acreage a ground photo can't capture.
Outbuildings & Structures
Barns, workshops, guest houses, stables, ponds and other improvements documented from above, so nothing on a multi-structure rural property gets missed.
Roof & Condition, Dated
Rooflines, gutters and hard-to-see areas captured in 4K and timestamped for your file — current condition, not a satellite image from years ago.
Appraiser Pricing
Current, dated aerials for your file — not satellite imagery that's 1–5 years old. Full-parcel documentation from $100.

As little as 24–48 hours’ notice is ideal so we can plan the flight — and in most cases your edited files are delivered the same day as the flight, straight to your gallery.
Near the base or the airport?
Flights near Wright-Patterson AFB need special FAA authorization submitted directly — allow up to a couple of weeks. Flights near Dayton International Airport are usually cleared much faster. Either way, send the address early and we’ll handle the approvals.
Approximate controlled airspace — the red ring is Wright-Patterson AFB (Class D), where flights need direct FAA authorization (~2 weeks); blue is Dayton International. Not sure about your address? Just ask — we check every flight.
