Are you licensed and insured to fly drones commercially?
Yes. We operate under the FAA's Part 107 rules for commercial drone flight and carry liability insurance on every job. We also file airspace authorizations (LAANC) when a location requires it.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Dayton, Ohio and serve the entire Miami Valley — Kettering, Beavercreek, Centerville, Huber Heights, Vandalia, Springboro, Miamisburg, Fairborn, and surrounding communities. We travel for larger projects. See our service areas.
How fast will I get my photos or video?
Most edited deliverables are returned within 24–48 hours. Rush turnaround is available for time-sensitive listings and inspections — just let us know.

Can you fly near the airport or Wright-Patterson AFB?
Much of the Dayton area sits in controlled airspace. As FAA Part 107 pilots, we request the required LAANC authorizations before flying in those zones — keeping every flight legal and safe.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safe drone flight needs reasonable wind, visibility, and no precipitation. If conditions aren't safe on your scheduled day, we simply reschedule at no penalty.
Do I need to be present during the flight?
Usually not. For most exterior real estate and inspection jobs we only need access to the property. We'll confirm any details when we schedule your flight.
