Drone Roof Data for Dayton Home Inspectors

Stay off the ladder. We fly the roof, you keep the liability low and the report moving — full 4K roof imagery delivered same or next day, ready to drop into your report. White-label if you want it.

For Inspectors

The roof, covered — without you leaving the ground.

Steep, high, wet or fragile roofs are the part of an inspection nobody wants to climb — and increasingly the part insurers don't want you climbing either. We're the drone pilot inspectors hand that off to: we fly the roof, capture every slope, valley, flashing and penetration in 4K, and get you organized, timestamped imagery for your report the same or next day.

It keeps you safe and on the ground, keeps your schedule moving, and costs a fraction of what a standalone drone roof inspection runs in this market.

Every slope, valley, ridge, flashing and penetration in high-resolution 4K — plus chimney tops and gutter lines you can't see from a ladder.

Organized & Timestamped

Clean, labeled, dated photo sets ready to drop straight into your report software — no sorting through a phone camera roll.

Same / Next-Day, White-Label

Delivered to your gallery same or next day so your report goes out on time — unbranded if you prefer, so it reads as your own work.

Why Inspectors Choose Us

Why inspectors hand us the roof

  • You stay on the ground — no ladders, no roof, no fall liability.
  • Fully insured and FAA Part 107 certified — our coverage, not your risk.
  • $75 per roof — far below the $150–$600 market.
  • Same or next-day delivery keeps your report on schedule.
  • White-label imagery that reads as part of your own inspection.
Scheduling & Airspace

A couple things before you book

Quick to book, same-day delivery

As little as 24–48 hours’ notice is ideal so we can plan the flight — and in most cases your edited files are delivered the same day as the flight, straight to your gallery.

Near the base or the airport?

Flights near Wright-Patterson AFB need special FAA authorization submitted directly — allow up to a couple of weeks. Flights near Dayton International Airport are usually cleared much faster. Either way, send the address early and we’ll handle the approvals.

Approximate controlled airspace — the red ring is Wright-Patterson AFB (Class D), where flights need direct FAA authorization (~2 weeks); blue is Dayton International. Not sure about your address? Just ask — we check every flight.
