As little as 24–48 hours’ notice is ideal so we can plan the flight — and in most cases your edited files are delivered the same day as the flight, straight to your gallery.
Near the base or the airport?
Flights near Wright-Patterson AFB need special FAA authorization submitted directly — allow up to a couple of weeks. Flights near Dayton International Airport are usually cleared much faster. Either way, send the address early and we’ll handle the approvals.
